This Thursday, Bills Mafia is coming together for more than football.

Join us at The Senate Tavern on Bank for a special Bills Backers fundraiser in support of our friend Matt Champagne and his journey to Fight for the Cure 2026.

​

On October 3, Matt will step into the ring against Phil Laplante as part of Fight for the Cure — an incredible Ottawa charity boxing event that brings members of our community together to train, compete and raise funds in support of The Ottawa Hospital.

​

Before Matt steps into the ring, we want to make sure he has a whole community in his corner.

​

Throughout our Bills Backers event, we’ll be raising money through food and beverage sales, raffles, draws and prizes.

​

All proceeds raised through the fundraising initiatives taking place during the event will go directly toward Matt Champagne’s Fight for the Cure fundraising campaign in support of The Ottawa Hospital.
