This is our 12th year running the tournament, and it has been a sell-out event every year. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this incredible day of golf, fun, and camaraderie.

Come join us for a fantastic day at The Meadows Golf Course, filled with great golf, amazing activities, delicious food, and wonderful company. We look forward to seeing you there!

Time: Shotgun Start at 12 PM
Location: The Meadows Golf Course, 4335 Hawthorne Road
Registration
Cost: $200 per person

10:00 am: Gather at Senate Bank for a breakfast sandwich and coffee
10:45 am: Departure via buses to the golf course (if you're not taking the bus let us know, but if you are not at Senate Bank by 10:45am the shuttles will NOT WAIT)
11:45 am: Arrival at Meadows Golf Course
12:00 pm: Shotgun Start
5:00 pm: After the golf game concludes, golfers will be guided back to the clubhouse. Kindly remember to complete your scorecards before submitting them to a volunteer.
5:30 pm: Buses will be ready to depart for the reception at The Senate Tavern on Bank
6:15 pm: Arrival of golfers at the tavern
6:45 pm: Dinner will be served
8:20 pm: 49ers vs Jets
